PAESAGGIO BIANCO
The dusky night like chiffon wrapped up the city.. The fluffy flakes of snow are falling without any sound, Hopelessly merging with whiteness when touching the ground. The autumn left and the trees were bare, Until the winter came and showed her loving care, And dressed them up in sable warm coats, And put a white sparkling blanket on the somber ground, Which matches the steet lightning all the way round. The wind is brisk with gentle cheering, A frisky moon is playing with the clouds by showing up and disappearing, The lingering sounds of blues are filling the car, It's dimly except the glimmer of a lonely star, The houses with cosy window lights are changing outside.. The back seat is empty.... But memories aren't scanty.... They are like sunbeams and sea wind, Like seashells scattered on the shore, Like roses petals or ashberries left on the snow, evoking from sunny weather, the dear picture of being together....
